How do you as leader know whether you are at your best and deploying your leadership skills to the utmost benefit, prosperity and success of the organisation and the teams?  We support you in re-viewing, re-considering and re-adjusting your management style and further developing your skills and practice.

Our Approach

Through conversations with executives and managers of your organisation, we support the organisation, division, department, teams and leaders in finding potential leadership issues, evaluate the main elements, key success factors and hurdles based on their day-to-today leadership experience.

 

We support leaders by creating a space for reflection, evaluating their needs, by challenging their habits, potential biases and established approaches, exploring different management styles by encouraging empathy in their interaction with teams. And also by bringing it all together with the purpose of their well-being and at the same time their high sustainable performance goals.

 

We work with the leaders by applying the GROW model, building on powerful and thought-provoking questions.

  • What are you aiming for: What do you want to achieve or avoid?
  • What do you want to change, improve or happen?
  • How would you like to be or to be seen?

2. Reality

  • What are the current circumstances and boundaries?
  • On a scale of 1 to 10, where are you at this stage now?

  • What possibilities, alternatives and ideas do you have?
  • Who may be able to help?
  • What would happen if you pursued your identified options

4. Will

  • What steps will you take?
  • How will you do it?
  • When are you going to start?
